John Ralston, known to mefites as interrobang, took on the considerable task of handling all the art—both submissions and his own original work—for the album, and did so with aplomb.  The final look of the album has benefited irreplaceably from his artistic capabilities and sensibilities.

In addition to fielding, selecting from, and incorporating album art ideas and contributions from a variety of community members, John created a tremendous set of portraits for the album’s contributing musicians—check out the artist profiles for a glimpse.

John has also inspired and contributed some fantastic work to the combinatoric art project Polyorama.
